Dr. CarolAnn Pardo is the Founder and CEO of Kingdom Alliance International, a Christian minister, prophetic speaker, intercessor, prophetic dreamer, and Kingdom connector with a deep heart for servant leadership, meaningful partnerships, and strengthening the Body of Christ.

She serves as a Board Director for The Cross TV Network and as the Monterey County Prayer Leader for Pray California, partnering in prayer, media, ministry, and statewide Kingdom initiatives.

CarolAnn is known for describing herself as the “Executive Assistant to the Holy Spirit,” a phrase that reflects her desire to listen closely, remain available, and move wherever God leads. She flows in the prophetic through prayer, dreams, discernment, encouragement, intercession, and ministry relationships, always seeking to keep Jesus and Scripture at the center.

Her heart is to build genuine Kingdom partnerships across churches, ministries, leaders, intercessors, communities, and nations. She believes true Kingdom leadership is not about position or recognition, but about serving with humility, loving people well, honoring one another’s assignments, and helping others move forward in their God-given purpose.

CarolAnn is also the Co-Founder of California For Jesus, a movement focused on prayer, revival, unity, and transformation across California. Through the 365 Prayer Team, she stands in daily intercession for nations, states, leaders, and communities while partnering with other ministries to advance prayer and Kingdom impact.

Her desire is simple: to serve well, love people deeply, build lasting Kingdom partnerships, flow faithfully in the prophetic, and follow the example of Jesus wherever He leads.
